Celebrating it's 22nd year anniversary, Van Patten & Company, LLC is a mortgage banking and consulting firm offering public and private sector clients a broad range of specialized mortgage finance, development, consulting, and commercial real estate brokerage services.  The firm was founded in 2001 by Jeff Van Patten.

Van Patten & Company, LLC can provide a client "one stop shopping" in structuring affordable housing and market rate housing transactions.  Through our relationships with major lenders, Van Patten & Company can provide an array of mortgage banking services of all FHA / HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac mortgage products.

The firm also can assist a client in the obtaining of private activity tax-exempt bond allocation with 4% credits or 9% low income housing tax credits.  Once the bond allocation or 9% low income housing tax credits are obtained, Van Patten & Company has experience in placing the federal and state tax credits with syndicators or other investors.

Additionally, we can assist clients in the development of affordable or market rate housing projects.  From the acquisition of the land and the initial concept to the assembling of the development team and the project completion, Van Patten & Company, LLC can assist a client through the process.

The principal of Van Patten & Company is Jeff Van Patten.  Mr. Van Patten is a uniquely experienced practitioner in the areas of multifamily housing financing, and multifamily property management.  Mr. Van Patten has over 41 years experience in finance and real estate.  He has over 29 years experience in structuring multifamily housing financings.  Seven of those years were with Morgan Keegan & Company, the national investment banking firm, where he structured millions of dollars in multifamily housing financings.

Mr. Van Patten's practice uniquely blends his experience in investment banking and mortgage finance.  This experience allows him to help developers get deals done when others cannot.  His practice includes work with both for-profit and not-for-profit entities.

Mr. Van Patten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Arkansas State University.  Mr. Van Patten is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.
